The booths for domestic and international music enterprises to conduct personal business meetings will be provided for 2 days. At the business meeting site, there will be translators (English, French, Chinese, Korean) and number of supervisors available to support your meeting.

Please note that in order to receive a free-entrance pass at the venue, prior application to the “Member’s site” is required.
Application deadline for free-entrance passes is Oct. 14th, 12:00PM.
The PASS may be picked up at the entrance of the TIMM Business Meeting Venue.
This year the number of booths has been increased, and we are preparing a stage for mini-live performances.
Please check the booth diagram as a reference.
We plan to decide about booth exhibitors by the end of August.
From early September we will provide an update with exhibitor's names listed.
